My family and I went to a Daughtry concert in October. On the way to the venue my front caster wheel of my chair broke off. If you didn't know I have CP and I use a wheelchair. That doesn't stop me from enjoying music although this tried. In the end it helped though we got a seat upgrade. The bands felt bad for us I guess. You see it is hard to balance a chair without both front caster wheels. Don't feel bad if you didn't know that, neither did I. I also received guitar picks from Daughtry and a used drumstick from Seether.
To the music
Kami Koehe (Opener)
We saw her in the middle of her set because of the chaos (mentioned above} She was rocking though young and newer to the scene. Bright future ahead
Daughtry (Co Headliner)
This is who I really came to see. I saw him once before but he was just starting out then. My brothers made sure I could actually see him by asking people to sit down. Chris was moving around and engaging crowd. It was great singing along to songs old and new. He even broke out the acoustic guitar. Some of his set included Home, Over you, and It's Not Over. A new song I remember Chris playing was Antidote. If you get a chance see him with whoever. Definitely worth it.'
Seether (Headliner)
Last but not least. Seether played through a bunch of their hit songs. The one I was excited to hear was Broken. So much nostalgia.
Overall a great night despite my chair breaking.. Update the chair was fixed about a month later.
